Exceptions for defective products:

Exceptions for item out of stock: 

Should an item be unavailable when we process your order, we will automatically refund you for that item and send you a confirmation email. This ensures you are not charged for products we cannot fulfil.

Administrative fee:

On the rare occasion that a cancellation is approved before an order has shipped, it will be subject to an administrative fee of S$10.00 or 5% of the total value of your order, whichever is greater
