What is home TCM service?

This service allows a licensed physician from our partner provider to visit your residence to deliver treatment. This is designed for clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own homes. It provides convenience and continuity of care without the need to travel to a clinic.

What are your payment methods?

A $50 deposit is required upon booking confirmation, payable via PayNow. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the physician during the home visit.

Can I cancel my booking at the last minute?

Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling or texting us at +658919 1186. We will refund your deposit in full, if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
