What is chaperone service?

Our chaperone provides support and companionship for a client during medical appointments, help with navigation, and assist with tasks like managing appointments, understanding the prescriptions, or take note/remind the client on doctor's instructions after the appointment. He/she may also help to translate or clarify during the consultation if the doctor and patient happen to be not able to communicate via a common language.

Or else, our chaperone can also help clients with mobility challenge to run an errand for them.

Can your chaperone update the family after medical appointment?

Yes, our chaperone can update a family member of the elderly client at the end of the appointment pertaining to follow-up instruction from the doctor and/or medicinal instruction by the pharmacist (if any). In line with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), this is provided that the client consents for our chaperone to be with them during the consultation, and also agrees for information pertaining to their medical consult to be shared with another party, including family member.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay via PayNow. We will collect full payment from you upon booking confirmation.

Can I cancel my booking at the last minute?

Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling or texting us at +658919 1186. We will refund you in full, if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours, a 50% charge applies. A full charge applies for cancellations made within 3 hours from the scheduled appointment time.
