What is the estimated delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that delivery times may extend to 5-7 business days during high-volume order periods, such as holidays or major sales events.

How can I amend my orders?

We understand that sometimes you need to make a quick change! For the best chance of accommodating your request, please call us as soon as possible at +65 8919 1186.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee changes, especially to items, quantities, or delivery addresses, once our team has begun processing the order. We also recommend double-checking your details at checkout, as amendments may impact your delivery date.

What is your cancellation, return & refund policy?

All sales of healthcare products are final 

To uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed.

Exceptions for defective products:

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our team at +65 8919 1186 within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. We will review the issue and, if validated, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions for item out of stock

Should an item be unavailable when we process your order, we will automatically refund you for that item and send you a confirmation email. This ensures you are not charged for products we cannot fulfil.

Administrative fee:

On the rare occasion that a cancellation is approved before an order has shipped, it will be subject to an administrative fee of S$10.00 or 5% of the total value of your order, whichever is greater.
