Medical Transport Service

This is a service that provide wheelchair-accessible vehicle to bring clients to and from their medical appointments and treatment at hospitals, clinics, dialysis, therapy sessions and so on. Upon request, we are able to have a transport assistant escort clients from their door to the appointment location.

We arrange safe, non-emergency transportation for patients going home, to medical appointments, dialysis, rehab, or day care centres.

The patients whom our medical transport provider serves should be in stable condition and do not require immediate treatment or for which there is no imminent threat to their life or limbs.

We charge $65 for single trip, and $120 for round trip. Additional surcharge applies for weekend/PH. Submit your booking using the form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Firstly, the wheelchair together with the wheelchair user will either be lifted on to the vehicle via the hydraulic lift or pushed into the vehicle via a ramp.

Once the wheelchair user is onboard, the wheelchair will be anchored onto the floorboard of our vehicle using the safety restraints system, therefore the wheelchair will not move or tilt during transit.

Open return timings allow you flexibility when booking 2-ways with us! Give us a call whenever you’re ready to go and we will send a transport down for you!

You can pay via PayNow. We will collect full payment from you upon booking confirmation.

Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling or texting us at +658919 1186. We will refund you in full, if cancellation is made48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a 50% charge applies. A full charge applies for cancellations made within 6 hours from the scheduled appointment time.
