Yes! You can use care points to offset the cost of any service you book with us, or any product you buy from us. Except for 3rd parties fees which you may pay through us, especially in the case of caregiver hire. We will indicate such 3rd parties fees in our invoice to let you know.
While the account belongs to you, you can use your care points to pay for services booked for your family members.
