Cancellation policy
Customers may request to cancel an order within [2] hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at enquiry@careathomes.com.sg. with your order number.
For subscription-based or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle by logging into their account or contacting our customer support team. Cancellations made after an order has been shipped will be treated as a return and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.
