During your first session, the nurse will conduct a detailed health assessment, review your medical history, discuss your care needs, and begin any required treatment. The session typically lasts 45–60 minutes.
In most cases, this may be required for insurance purposes, however please confirm with your insurance provider.
No special equipment is required. Our nurse brings essential clinical supplies. If needed, we may recommend simple items to have on hand ahead of the visit.
We accept payments via PayNow. Full payment will be collected prior to the home visit.
Visit frequency depends on your condition and care needs. Some clients require a single visit, while others benefit from regular ongoing care. Your nurse will discuss a recommended schedule after assessment.
Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling or texting us at +65 8919 1186. We will refund your deposit in full if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
