To uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed.

Exceptions for defective products:

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our team at +65 8919 1186 within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. We will review the issue and, if validated, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions for item out of stock:Β 

Should an item be unavailable when we process your order, we will automatically refund you for that item and send you a confirmation email. This ensures you are not charged for products we cannot fulfil.

Administrative fee:

On the rare occasion that a cancellation is approvedΒ beforeΒ an order has shipped, it will be subject to an administrative fee of S$10.00 or 5% of the total value of your order, whichever is greater
